We partner with Royal Mail and DPD Express to provide fully tracked door-to-door delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

We are proud to offer British consumers the peace of mind of Cash on Delivery without requiring credit card numbers at online checkout. Here is what to expect upon delivery:

1. Pre-Delivery SMS Alert: On the day of delivery, the carrier will provide a 2-hour delivery window.
2. Exterior Inspection: You are invited to verify the parcel exterior, shipping label, and your name prior to handing over payment.
3. Payment Methods: You may tender exact cash in GBP to the courier, or pay via mobile contactless/chip & pin where carrier terminals support it.
4. Official Digital Receipt: A formal receipt of payment is delivered directly to your email address.

4. Eco-Friendly & Protective Packaging

All fragile ceramic mugs, pressed botanical frames, and hand-poured candles are packed in recycled kraft boxes, water-activated paper tape, and biodegradable honeycomb protective paper. We never use single-use plastic packing peanuts.
